Monroe VIP Rewards T&C’s as at Sept 11th 2024. 

Regular customers who spend $3000 in a 6 month period in-store or online reach VIP status.

Online customers can easily see their total spend in My Account.

VIP Members receive the following rewards:

• An annual gift of a core logo basic by one our favourite designers
• 7.5% off new season and full priced product (Excludes products that are a part of a core collection eg. C&M core and V&W core collections. Excludes accessories. Excludes brands Assembly Label, Varley, Mossman)
• Exclusive sales and offers
• Early access to new drops and invitation to special events
• Access to VIP complimentary Appro Delivery Service 

Customers who have spent $3000 in a 6 month period are required to apply for their discount coupon or in store discount card by email to hello@shopmonroe.com.au. Gold Membership expires after 12 months at which time customers are encouraged to apply for a new coupon code or in store discount card. In store customers must present with their discount card at checkout to receive their discount. Online customers must enter their unique code at checkout to receive their discount. The Gold membership 7.5% unique coupon code will not apply to sale items.  7.5% off is applied to cart for full priced stock only. The Gold membership discount is not considered a sale item therefore Gold Members who have received 7.5% off their order are eligible for returns. This policy is subject to quarterly reviews.
