RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted for refund with the following conditions:

If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy

  • The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging in tack.
  • All swimwear and body suits must be tried on wearing undergarments. The protective hygiene strip must stay in place and can not be removed.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
  • Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.

If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

  • Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note.
  • Full priced items purchased in store can be refunded to original payment method.
  • Full priced items purchased during a promotional period with a discount code are subject to our Sale policy and can only be returned for a credit note.

Orders purchased during a promotion with a discount coupon code are treated as sale items. 

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items purchased online can be returned for a credit note only.
  • Sale items purchased in store can be returned for a credit note only.
  • Sale items purchased during a promotional period with an additional discount are subject to our Final Sale policy and can not be returned unless deemed faulty by the internal Monroe team.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Final Sale items refer to items marked with ‘FINAL SALE’ or items that are already on sale and purchased with an additional discount.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or credit note unless deemed faulty by the internal Monroe team.

Items purchased using a store credit are non-refundable.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND: Returns are processed via our returns portal. Under My Account go to Orders and select Return. You will receive an accept or decline email with further instructions within 8 business hours. 

 

CREDIT NOTES

Returns on merchandise purchased with Afterpay or using a coupon code will receive a store credit. Sale items are not eligible for return or credit note.

If you do receive a credit refund rest assured credit is easy to use. Your credit balance is visible on the Account page. You can easily apply your credit at checkout.

Product purchased using a credit is non-refundable.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 3 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process your return. We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. You can always contact us to double check.

If your item is eligible to be refunded to original payment method please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.

I received a free gift with my purchase. If I need to make a return, can I still keep my gifted item?

Please contact our Team. If you purchased multiple items and only wish to return one, you may keep your gift. If you only purchased one item and need to make a return, we kindly ask that you also return your gift with purchase. If you would like to keep your gift, or if your gift has already been worn or used, a fee, depending on the cost of the item, will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to exchange item(s) in your order, our team is happy to assist you in finding the right fit so you can continue to enjoy your free gift with purchase.

AU SHIPPING

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post tracking. Same day dispatch when ordering before 2pm. Next day complimentary express shipping where this is not possible.
